Public MCP server

1. Open Settings → Connectors (on Team or Enterprise plans an owner may need to allow custom connectors).
2. Choose Add custom connector.
3. Name: The Wiley Rule. URL: https://thewileyrule.org/mcp. Leave OAuth fields empty (no sign-in needed).
4. Click Add, then enable it in a chat from the tools menu. Try: “Using The Wiley Rule, which states ban concentrated 7-OH?”

Older Claude Desktop builds without custom connectors can use the mcp-remote (opens in a new tab) bridge in claude_desktop_config.json:

Test with the MCP Inspector: npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector, choose transport “Streamable HTTP” and enter the URL.

  Search the public research library (288 studies) on 7-OH, MGPI, kratom alkaloids and related products.

The server is stateless and answers with JSON (no session, no SSE stream).

• Read-only and public data only: the same information that is on this website. No accounts, no personal data.
• Rate limit: 60 requests per minute and 1,500 per day per IP address. Requests over the limit get HTTP 429 with Retry-After.
• Inputs are capped (search text 200 characters, request body 16 KB, batches of up to 10 calls). CORS is open for browser clients.
• Product claims are limited to sourced records (lab tests, FDA actions, court filings). There is no store or seller data.
